Terms of Authorization to Use the Material
Novartis (Singapore) Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Novartis") is the copyright owner of this material (hereinafter referred to as the "Material"). Please read and accept the terms of this agreement before using the Material. Your use of the Material shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
- The Material can be used on social media under your professional capacity (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. of the hospital or clinics) strictly limited for disease awareness purpose only.
- The Material cannot be modified, adapted, translated or compiled with other materials.
- You, as a medical practitioner, have full editorial right with regards to the content on the social media accompanied by the Material, in compliance with applicable regulations, T&C of the social media platforms and industry code.
- The Material can only be used by the medical practitioner who are registered with MedHub (medhub.novartis.com.sg) and cannot be used by anyone else or sublicensed.
- Novartis reserves the right to request to make corrections, remove the posts using the Material or withdraw this authorization to use at any time at its sole discretion.
- Novartis does not authorize you to publish any content or remarks on behalf of Novartis. Novartis has no liability whatsoever for your use or modification of the Licensed Works.
- Any content you publish using the Material only represents your own views. You do not intend and will not express or imply that you publish any content or remarks on behalf of Novartis, and you should avoid any content that is misconstrued as being posted on behalf of Novartis or at the direction of Novartis.
- Novartis may update these terms of authorization at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
